Position: Nutrition intends to operate through Position Nutrition Ltd, subject to incorporation and the company taking responsibility for the processing described here. The company is not yet confirmed as the current data controller. Until that transition is completed, the existing operator remains responsible for personal information collected through this website. Information we collect
When you sign up to our newsletter, we collect the email address you submit, your marketing consent and related subscription records. Our email provider may also process technical information needed to operate the form, prevent abuse and record delivery and engagement.
How we use it
We use your email address to send the Position: Nutrition updates you request, including food-first nutrition information, product news, launch announcements and offers. Our lawful basis for marketing emails is your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
Email service provider
We use EmailOctopus to manage subscriptions and send emails. EmailOctopus processes information on our behalf under its applicable terms and privacy arrangements. Details of data locations, international transfers and safeguards must be confirmed before publication.
How long we keep information
We intend to keep subscription information while you remain subscribed, and to retain limited records as necessary to demonstrate consent, honour opt-outs and comply with legal obligations. Specific retention periods and deletion arrangements must be confirmed before publication.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of processing, or exercise other rights under UK data protection law. Cookies and spam protection
The signup form uses EmailOctopus and may use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam. We need to check the cookies and third-party processing these tools introduce and provide appropriate information and controls before publication.
